Abundant Life Disability Support can offer you assistance with daily life giving you the support you need to maintain independence and accomplish daily activities. These services and supports which empower participants with disabilities, further their independence at home and within the community can include:

Support workers to assist and supervise the regularity and daily structure of personal daily tasks

Mobility to get in and out of bed

Assistance with household task e.g. washing, changing the beds, general cleaning

Abundant Life Disability Support provides assistance to join in with activities within the community, whether day-to-day activities or something more structured like joining a group at a Community Centre or with another Service Provider.
Activity-Based Transport
We can provide transport in a staff member’s vehicle or, alternatively, in our wheelchair-modified vehicle.
As part of your supports, we tailor transport to cater for your needs. This focuses on enhancing your independence and engagement. We can provide transport so as you can attend medical and other appointments. As well as to enable you to do your shopping or enjoy a social outing.
