It's World Mental Health Day! ππ
Today, we celebrate the power of meaningful connections in our lives. Whether it's with loved ones, our communities, colleagues, or even ourselves, these connections play a vital role in supporting our mental wellbeing.
In recognition of World Mental Health Day and Mental Health Month, we proudly invite our community to join us at the upcoming screening of Just a Farmer on Wednesday, 16 October. π
Following the screening, join us for a compelling panel discussion led by Dr. Lucie Shanahan, Chief of Mental Health, Albury Wodonga Health. This thought-provoking conversation will bring together a range of experienced healthcare and community leaders, providing valuable insights into mental health care, and the unique challenges faced by regional and rural communities.
